Social commitment is an integral part of Venjakob’s history. Our company has been family-run since its foundation in 1963. This means we understand and value the importance of giving back to the community. For us, our success as a company is inextricably linked to social commitment. We believe that Venjakob in Rheda is more than a service provider and employer. We are part of the community and therefore don’t just bear responsibility for ourselves and our employees, but also believe that our company has a social duty. We focus in particular on strengthening the regions around our locations.

Society – what it does for us and what we do for it

The fact that we have achieved international status as a family-run company is, in no small part, thanks to our employees and thanks to numerous East Westphalian players and global partners. Both cultural work and supporting charitable projects are part of our guiding principles. For instance, our support for the Tafel organization in Gütersloh, which gives Christmas presents to children of disadvantaged families, is a matter close to our hearts.
