Sophisticated, self-developed, proven - high-quality technology
Our thermal incinerators have ingenious design features. These include the special expansion joint developed in-house to absorb heat exchanger expansion and the intelligent arrangement of the combustion chamber and heat exchanger one behind the other. This optimizes the accessibility of all areas - for maintenance purposes, for example. Last but not least: the angular design allows fans or secondary heat exchangers to be arranged on the TVA. This minimizes the space required on site - and creates space where every centimetre often counts
High temperature, economical energy recovery - the process
The operating principle of thermal incineration systems is based on directing the exhaust air containing pollutants into the combustion chamber via a tube bundle heat exchanger and the support burner. There, at a reaction temperature of approx. 760°C, the pollutants are converted intoCO2 and H2O. The energy released during the combustion of the solvents reduces the fuel requirement. Subsequently, the now purified exhaust air releases a large part of its energy via the tube bundle heat exchanger to preheat the polluted air
Ideal for particles and aerosols - the areas of application
Thermal incineration is ideal for cleaning exhaust air contaminated with particles or aerosols. The process is also used for processes with ash- or dust-forming pollutants (e.g. siloxanes/silanes).
