Architectural glass

Venjakob designs systems for hydrophobic and hydrophilic functional coatings based on water and solvents. Solvent-based coatings increase the self-cleaning effect.

Solar panels

Solgel coatings based on water and solvents reduce the reflection of solar radiation, increase the refractive index and improve energy conversion by two to three percent. It may not sound like much, but it pays off.

Venjakob systems enable reproducible coating results with maximum material efficiency. Different application systems ensure uniform coating thicknesses and the highest surface quality.

Dry coating technology

Efficient drying and curing systems ensure short process times and consistent results. Depending on the paint or adhesive system, convection, infrared, UV or combined drying processes are used.

Exhaust air purification

Venjakob exhaust air systems clean process air reliably and energy-efficiently. Cyclone, filter or thermal systems safely remove pollutants and enable recirculated air operation - for environmentally friendly and economical production.
