Applications from the field of components

Components such as frames, doors or door segments place specific requirements on the coating. Materials, visible surfaces and stresses define the quality and process reliability that the system must achieve. At Venjakob, we develop systems that reliably meet these requirements and enable stable, efficient processes.

Stairs

Every staircase is different and no staircase consists only of steps. In short: a wide variety of components need to be coated - in all possible colors. And these coatings have to be particularly hard-wearing. Thanks to Venjakob's customized solutions, they are. Whether for small batches or for series production.

Windows

Venjakob specializes in the production of individual window parts. Window parts - yes, these are windows. But they are also roof windows or façade frame systems. In other words, applications where you not only have to think outside the box, but also have to be able to paint these corner joints: effectively, efficiently, flawlessly. Our systems realize these and other individual part coatings for you. Lying on the side - with impregnation, priming, top coat. Everything, the entire process from a single source.

Interior and exterior doors

The quality of the coating is evident at the edges. At Venjakob, we offer processes such as continuous double coating of the outer edges or combined roller priming plus spray painting. Profiling and milling can be painted using the surface spray painting system or, in the case of more complex geometries, applied in advance using industrial robotics. And just as for these more complex applications, we also have many other solutions ready for you - from individual door painting to series production.

Sectional doors

Sectional doors for external use are available in a wide variety of colors. At Venjakob, we develop the systems for you. And since this outdoor use requires particularly high resistance, 2-component paint systems are usually used in these cases.

Coating of surfaces for components

The coating technology determines what the surface of a component looks like and what functional properties it is given. Depending on the desired appearance, smooth, textured or precisely profiled surfaces can be created - from decorative effects to functional protective coatings.

Surface pretreatment

Clean and activated surfaces are the basis for optimum coating results. Depending on the material, cleaning, degreasing or activation processes are used - precisely tailored to the subsequent process.

Industrial finishing | Coating

Venjakob systems enable reproducible coating results with maximum material efficiency. Different application systems ensure uniform coating thicknesses and the highest surface quality.

Dry coating technology

Efficient drying and curing systems ensure short process times and consistent results. Depending on the paint or adhesive system, convection, infrared, UV or combined drying processes are used.

Exhaust air purification

Venjakob exhaust air systems clean process air reliably and energy-efficiently. Cyclone, filter or thermal systems safely remove pollutants and enable recirculated air operation - for environmentally friendly and economical production.
