Holistic process expertise under real conditions
In the technical center, we look at the entire coating chain - from suitable surface pretreatment to optimal drying or curing. Various processes such as dedusting with ionization, CO₂ snow blasting, flame treatment or plasma activation as well as circulating air, nozzle, IR, microwave and hydrogen drying including UV and LED UV curing are available for this purpose. This means that all process steps can be realistically tested and technically coordinated.
