    Plasma-based activation for sensitive materials and for precise paint & adhesive adhesion

    The VEN ACTIVATE PLASMA systems increase the surface tension of non-polar materials and remove organic residues. In addition, thermal or IR processes can be used to further improve the adhesion of paints, films or adhesives.

    Flame-based activation for robust materials and fast paint & adhesive adhesion

    The short, controlled flame effects of the VEN ACTIVATE FLAME increase the surface tension and improve the adhesion of paints, labels or printing inks. The process is efficient, inline-capable and suitable for various materials.
