    Recirculating air drying channel

    The recirculation air drying duct uses closed-loop air management, in which a high proportion of the process air is recirculated and tempered in an energy-efficient manner. The result is a homogeneous temperature and flow profile across the entire channel section. The paint film is stabilized, drying times are shortened and reproducible surfaces are produced even with varying component geometries. The system is ideal for applications with energy-optimized coating drying.

    Nozzle drying channel

    The nozzle drying channel works with directional high-performance air nozzles that apply defined volume flows to the surface with pinpoint accuracy. Controlled temperature and flow profiles enable particularly fast, homogeneous drying - ideal for short cycle times and high throughputs.
