Venjakob presents innovative coating solution at the Battery Show Europe 2025

Stuttgart, Germany - Venjakob will be at the Battery Show Europe from June 3 to 5, 2025 in Hall 8, Stand D31. With over 60 years of experience in surface technology, we will be presenting our novel process for the cost-effective coating of battery cells, which replaces conventional foiling.

Innovative spray coating system

Our innovative spray coating system enables 6-sided coating of battery cells in various formats - without any retooling. By using 100% UV coating in a single pass, we increase production speed and reduce costs compared to the previous foiling process. Independent tests show that our UV coatings are superior in mechanical and electrical tests, especially under extreme conditions.
