Crafts businesses also benefit from automatic coating solutions that they can expand as required.
Discover your journey with Venjakob
From March 24 to 27, woodworking businesses and suppliers from Europe and beyond will meet at Holz-Handwerk in Nuremberg. As a system manufacturer of surface processing systems, Venjakob will be presenting itself at stand 216 in hall 9 as a flexible supplier that has the right processes and a customized overall solution for every size of business and every requirement.
From individual applications to modular system concepts. Depending on the problem, proven Venjakob technologies are used, further developed or newly conceived. Venjakob therefore sees itself not only as a supplier to its customers, but also as an experienced process companion who is available for support, service and further optimization requests both before the decision is made and after the purchase. That's why this year's trade fair motto is: Discover your journey with Venjakob.
The right processes for every application
With the Ven Spray One, Venjakob will be presenting its now proven entry-level solution for automation at its trade fair stand, especially for craft businesses that only need to coat small quantities. The compact coating machine, which can be delivered and set up quickly, independently coats workpieces made of wood, glass and various plastics to a consistently high quality. Venjakob will also be using current projects to show interested visitors examples of successful concepts from other medium-sized companies that have already gone one step further in automation. "We also have complete painting beginners among our customers. A small company with 17 employees in the furniture construction sector had previously had its workpieces painted externally. To save time and money, they finally wanted to take the coating process into their own hands and opted for a small Venjakob system, a predecessor of the Ven Spray Advanced," reports Tim Stender, Sales Engineer at Venjakob.
The special feature of this project was the combination with a robot application, which was used for stacking. The wooden elements to be coated have a length that is difficult to handle when they come out of the system. "We have therefore developed a holistic solution for the customer that they are completely happy with today," says Stender.
Venjakob now a member of the FEP
Venjakob joined the European Parquet Federation (FEP) this year. This association represents the interests of the European parquet industry. Venjakob offers flooring manufacturers, for example, a coating solution that has proven itself especially for flat floor elements with the rolling process. Another highlight is the hot-melt bonding process with inductive heating, which can be used for multi-layer floor structures. Venjakob developed this innovation just last year and made it ready for series production. Venjakob has been developing its expertise in the field of roller application machines with the company Wo-Tech for several years.
