March, May, July - the first half of 2019 was all Scandinavian at Venjakob. During this time, the fully automatic VEN SPRAY COMFORT spray coating lines were sold three times to Swedish companies from the furniture industry. These included two manufacturers of premium kitchens, Kök Ballingslöv and Kvänum Kök, as well as the surface specialist LMAB Smaland.

Sweden one of the first export countries for Venjakob

The responsible trading partner in Sweden is Jon Stenberg. Jon Stenberg is the only dealer for machines in the surface processing sector to cover the entire Swedish market. The cooperation between the family business. Venjakob and Jon Stenberg has existed since the 1970s. "When Venjakob started its international business in 1976, Sweden was one of the first export countries," reports Oliver Milde, the account manager responsible for Scandinavia.

Both the kitchen manufacturer Kök Ballingslöv and LMAB Smaland were already using Venjakob machines. For Ballingslöv, it was the third "Venjakob" in the spray painting sector. The new machine was to replace an older model of a third-party brand in the pickling plant. At LMAB, a 22-year-old Venjakob spray painting machine was replaced with a new model. "Although the machine was still working perfectly, Managing Director Anders Samuelsson saw an increasing risk of malfunctions that could lead to machine downtime due to the outdated control system," explains Oliver Milde. In addition, the VEN SPRAY COMFORT model, which was modernized and further developed in 2019, promised better technical features.

"The market opts for quality"

For manufacturer Kvänum Kök, which regularly wins design awards for its kitchens, the decision to purchase a Venjakob spray painting machine was preceded by some research. "The deciding factor was ultimately the good references and testimonials we received from our sister company Vedum Kök and the paint manufacturer Sherwin Williams," says Oliver Milde. "The market opts for quality. And at Venjakob , this is not only reflected in the high-quality technical equipment of the machines, but also in a customer-oriented approach, the development of individual solutions and a one hundred percent support service," explains Milde.
