    Our Incineration systems cover exhaust air volumes from small to very large volume flows and support applications with constant or changing VOC contents.

    Efficient cleaning of exhaust air flows with highly fluctuating or high loads - ideal for demanding operating conditions

    The VEN CLEAN AIR TNV can also handle exhaust air flows with a high particle content or changing exhaust air flows and ensures safe pollutant oxidation thanks to high process temperatures. The system is suitable for demanding applications such as brake pad production, special coatings, the ceramics industry or cathodic dip painting processes. Optionally, the heat generated can be used for energy recovery. Output range: approx. 800-32,000 Nm³/h.

    Very energy-efficient cleaning of large exhaust air volumes with low to medium VOC contents

    The VEN CLEAN AIR RTO uses ceramic heat accumulators to significantly reduce energy requirements and achieve high levels of purification even with varying volume flows. The system is ideal for large industrial exhaust air volumes and enables economical compliance with legal VOC limits. Capacity range: approx. 1,000-70,000 Nm³/h.

    Economical solution for smaller volume flows with uniform load

    The VEN CLEAN AIR KNV works particularly energy-efficiently thanks to catalytic support at lower temperatures. It is suitable for smaller exhaust air flows with a constant pollutant composition and enables economical operation. Capacity range: approx. 500-20,000 Nm³/h.
