Plastic components are used intensively in many products and are exposed to different environments. Surfaces must therefore be abrasion-resistant, resistant to cleaning and permanently stable - regardless of whether they are design elements, functional housings or technical components. Home Appliance

Nothing is used more often than a washing machine or dishwasher. Anyone who considers this is hardly surprised by the high coating requirements. For the home appliance|household goods and electrical industry, a wide variety of system concepts are in use for coating appliance panels and housings, for example. They differ according to the type of conveyor: continuous, linear, rotationally symmetrical.

Household electrical appliances

The requirements for electrical appliances such as shavers are just as high as in the home appliance sector, as they have long since ceased to be merely functional, but also fulfill a design function. The care products used for shaving (chemical resistance) are a particular challenge for the surface. Combining this with the long-term attractiveness of the surface is quite complex (lasting value).
