History
In its 49 year history, the company Venjakob has gained a reputation as a developer, manufacturer, distributor and service provider and evolved to an internationally recognised and worldwide active system manufacturer of surface finishing machines, exhaust air cleaning systems and conveyor equipment. Sustained efforts to develop and produce high-quality machine line solutions have become a landmark of the company, proven by a large number of patents. Added value for the benefit of the customer has always been the cornerstone for the success of the Venjakob brand.
Development:
- 1963: Establishment of the company by Heinrich Venjakob, a metalworking shop
- in Schafstallstraße in Rheda.
- 1969: Relocation and expansion of the company site to Augsburger Straße/Rheda
- 2002: Expansion of the production site by 4,000 m² to 11,500 m² by the acquisition and
- new construction of production halls.
- 2002: Establishment of the sales office Venjakob North America Inc. registered in Toronto.
- 2003: Expansion and modernisation of the Technical Centre by 800 m² to 1,200 m².
- 2004: Investment in an industrial pallet system in the Venjakob Technical Centre
- 2004: Inauguration of the sales office Southern in Weil in Schönbuch.
- 2004: Installation of the first German test line for powder coating on MDF of an industrial scale:
- 2005: Inauguration of the sales office Venjakob China Ltd. Co. residing in Xiaolan, China.
- 2006: Acquisition of the Pflock & Meckeler GmbH as a member of the group of companies and
- rebranding to Venjakob Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG.
- 2007: Inauguration of the sales branch in Malaga/Spain.
- 2008: Acquisition of the Nutro Inc. (former Nutro Corporation) in Strongsville/Ohio, USA
