As of February 1, 2008 Venjakob Holding GmbH has taken over Nutro Corporation, which is headquartered in Strongsville (Ohio). With the takeover of the US company, the Venjakob group of companies will expand its commitment to the important American market.
Nutro is a leading manufacturer of customer-specific lacquer systems for a wide variety of industries (e.g. automotive, ceramics, aviation, electronics). The company provides expert know-how in the manufacture of edge chain plants and lifting frames as well as robotic applications. Moreover, Nutro is backed by broad experience in MDF power coating.
Nutro Corporation, which now operates under the name Nutro Inc., currently has a staff of 40 employees and offers its products and services around the globe.
