The new course of studies in Gütersloh materialises. So far, more than 20 local companies have promised to support the offer that accompanies vocational education. Starting with the next winter semester, 70 masters of business and engineering as well as mechatronics will be able to study in parallel with their profession. Amongst others, Beckhoff Automation in Verl, Venjakob Maschinenbau in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and Miele in Gütersloh offer this dual course of studies. The intention is to counteract the threatening shortage of expert personnel. On the 23rd of November, the University of Applied Sciences offers an event providing information about this subject at 17.30 hours at the Agentur für Arbeit in Gütersloh.
